Lebanon and the Arab World as Abu Abed El
Beyrouty, and well recognized by his very famous Big Moustache and his Red
Tarboush , an old Lebanese red hat which can be
seen worn by Abu Abed in the pictures, Abu Abed is the most
famous old Lebanese Comic Character.
Along with his
best friend Abu Steif, with whom he use to hang around Kahwat El Ejeez (A very
famous old Coffee Shop in Old Beirut Downtown ), they both represent the personality
of two men full of humor and non-stop strange
stories and jokes.
Inspite of everything, Abu El Abed
continues to be today the most famous comic character and his jokes continues
to be the most popular jokes not only in Lebanon but all over the Arab World....
